Breathwork

Breathwork helps to release stress and trauma from the body and regulate the nervous system. Breathing in specific rhythms and intensities combined with crafted guidance, allows the energy to move. Most of us have limiting beliefs trapped in our subconscious, often so deeply embedded, we may not even be aware of them and the power they hold over us. To rewire our mind and state of being we need to access a flow state and communicate with our subconscious mind. During this process we can alter our state of consciousness while gaining a different perspective on our life and connecting to our body’s own intellect that jumpstarts the healing process.

It is a simple- but not easy- somatic modality that allows us to regulate and let go of whatever doesn’t serve us. When we change our thoughts, we can subsequently change our behaviors.


emotional release

This modality promotes awareness of bodily sensations, and teaches people to feel safe in their bodies while exploring emotions. Unlike traditional talk therapy, there’s no need to share the exact thought process or detailed stories we’ve been telling ourselves about what happened.
In the session, we create a safe space where all is welcome to rise up, where the most difficult feelings are ready to be witnessed. And through witnessing, you finally give yourself a chance to process and release them.
There are multiple components to this technique: unconditional human presence, verbal guidance, subconscious visualization, psychosomatic bodywork and expressive breathing.

It’s a journey within, welcoming every hidden part of you, letting go of protective mechanisms and embracing the full expression of who you authentically are.
